Pink Lemonade  represents more than just exceptional coffee—it's the harmonious collaboration of nine passionate producers who've woven their individual stories into one remarkable cup.

In the mystical highlands of Cerro Miraflores, eight men and one woman have united their exceptional small-batch Pink Bourbon harvests into this remarkable washed community micro coffee. Each farmer cultivates distinct varieties on their personal plots, contributing their finest beans to create this collaborative masterpiece that speaks to the power of shared vision and collective craft.

Where Paradise Meets Precision

This passionate collective thrives across three verdas (townships) in Garzón municipality, nestled on the western foothills of the Cordillera Oriental's southern edge—the most expansive of the three Andean mountain ranges that define Colombia's Huila department. Here, at altitudes ranging from 1,600 to 2,000 meters above sea level, the coffee plants exist in a world between earth and sky.

Their farms border and sometimes extend into a protected nature reserve, marking the frontier between Huila and Caquetá departments. What makes this region truly extraordinary is its páramo ecosystem—a rare alpine tundra found exclusively in select Andean regions, flourishing above the timberline yet below the permanent snowline. This unique biome creates the perfect microclimate for growing exceptional coffee, where cool nights and warm days allow the cherries to develop slowly and intensely.
