Below is a list of our most commonly asked questions. If you don't find what you are looking for, please feel free to get in touch with the team and we'll do our best to help! 

ORDERS

What if I ordered the wrong product, the wrong size, or just generally stuffed up the checkout process? 

We’ve all done it. Stop beating yourself up or blaming your other half and send us an email, pronto! Send to hello@groundskeeperwillie.com we’ll do all we can to help out and resolve the issue.

Do you grind coffee?

Yes! You can select your grind when you select your beans. Choose the method best suited to the way you brew. 

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept a full refund or exchange for any incorrect or faulty products. If it’s our boo-boo, we’ll be all over it.

If your boo-boo, we’ll do our best to help and save the day. Contact us with the issue ASAP at hello@groundskeeperwillie.com and we’ll do our very best to help. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for any orders over $75.

We use Couriers Please for metro and suburban areas in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS and SA. For all other areas, we used Australia Post. You can see the price in the cart depending on your region. 

We have tried and tested the best methods over the years to get beans to you as fast as possible, without the price tag. Unfortunately as shipping is so often out of our hands, if you do encounter an issue please get in touch with us to let us know. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, as well as ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If we don’t offer your favourite payment method, we’d be fairly surprised.

OTHER

Where are you?

We’re hard to find. It keeps things fun, and only the best people (like you!) can find us that way. We’re 1 Allen St, Moffat Beach. Funnily enough though, it’s not really the first shed on Allen St, but it IS a big, grey coloured one. There’s a tiny sign that says ‘Willie’, but mostly if we’re actually open you’ll hear funky tunes and sense the good vibes from down the road. 

But you know, just google us. 

When are you open?

We’re open Monday to Friday from 6:30 until 12, noon. 

Why aren’t you open on weekends? 

Hmm, good question. We’d like to have a good answer for this but if we're not running around making deliveries, we'll hopefully be spending time with our family in our beautiful Sunny Coast backyard, recharging our batteries to keep the Willie vibes strong!
