Houndstooth is the blend that quietly becomes your default. The one you reach for without thinking. Our house espresso, built for everyday drinking, but never ordinary.

Designed to be bold without being overpowering, Houndstooth delivers a smooth, rich cup with low acidity and a beautifully rounded profile. It’s the kind of coffee that works as hard as you do, whether that’s your first morning flat white or a mid-afternoon reset.

We selected the components of this blend to bring intensity and texture, allowing it to cut cleanly through milk while still holding its own as a black coffee. Served espresso, it opens with a decadent dark chocolate aroma and a full, velvety mouthfeel.

Expect comforting, familiar notes that remind us of chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven — warm, indulgent and deeply satisfying.

The dog on the front of Houndstooth is Ralph, our boy who sadly passed away last August at over 16 years old. Ralph was an institution and the quiet legacy behind the Willie brand. He travelled with us from Australia to Canada, across the USA, and home again, always alongside the coffee, the early starts, and the big ideas. A legend in every sense, and forever part of what we build.
