Produced by the progressive Frinsa Collective in West Java, this natural-processed lot comes from Wildan Mustofa and family, who have built a reputation for pushing experimental processing further than most producers across the region. While much of Indonesia is known for earthy, savoury coffees, this one heads completely off leash—in the best possible way.
