This Carbonic Maceration Geisha comes from Aurora Farm in Nicaragua and is the kind of coffee that reminds us why Geisha became one of the most celebrated varieties in specialty coffee. Expect vibrant florals, layered fruit sweetness and a cup that keeps revealing a new layer of complexity as it cools.
Produced by the Ferrufino Family at Sabio Coffee, this lot underwent a meticulous three-day carbonic maceration fermentation before spending 35 days drying on raised beds. Every stage was carefully monitored, resulting in a remarkably expressive and elegant coffee.
Only 19 bags of this coffee were produced in 2025, making it one of the smallest and most exclusive lots we've featured in the Howler Series.
