Now Hiring - Head Barista

We’re currently hiring for a Head Barista in our Moffat Beach roastery.

Most of you know we're a quirky bunch from the backstreets, who are known for surprising everyone with cool products, top service and bloody brilliant coffee. Oh and we love dogs. Giving back is a big part of who we are.

We’re looking for a team member confident in their specialty coffee experience who is eager to take the next step. We’re after someone to shape things their way, and grow their coffee career and passions. Oh and most importantly… someone who loves dogs and making the world a better place! 

Position

As Head Barista you will be leading the customer service and specialty coffee experience of our coffee bar, located in our roastery at Moffat Beach. Our coffee bar is open Monday - Friday and services a wonderful community of coffee aficionados, business owners, dog and kid parents, locals and just great people all round. 

Your position would include managing the coffee bar, helping bean buyers elevate their home coffee experience, training and onboarding bar staff, ordering and sourcing goods and supplies, stock control and POS management. Oh and super important, managing the music, we hope you have good taste.

Hours

This role would be 28-30 hours per week, Monday - Friday mornings only.

We’re looking for the right person, some flexibility on the above may be available if you’re just darn awesome.
