Born in 2003, these beans have been hanging out at altitudes between 1250-1400 meters, soaking up mountain vibes and developing a personality more complex than your last relationship.

The Fincas Mierisch team has worked some serious magic with this Red Honey process. We're talking hand-picked cherries, sun-bathed patios, and greenhouse drying that would make a coffee nerd weep with joy. The result?
