This festive favourite hails from Finca La Montaña in Marcala, Honduras, grown at a breezy 1650 MASL where only the toughest beans (and the occasional mountain goat) thrive. The result? A natural process Pacas coffee bursting with dark chocolate, jammy plum, and that fruit-like sweetness that makes you go, “Ooh yep, that’s the good stuff.”
