Ethiopia - Ayele Begashaw

What a beauty! This natural Ethiopian is a rare, single lot grade 1 coffee from a 4 hectare farm, Aricha. This farm is located in the Sidama region of Yirgacheffe, known for it's high quality and high elevation coffees.

The cherries were meticulously handpicked and then dried on African beds in the sun, keeping the process consistent and designed for optimum flavour. From here it was handsorted and turned carefully to dry and produce the delicate flavours.

Enjoy the sweet and complex cup with intense fruit flavours.
