Liquid gastronomy is an evening coffee and tea workshop designed to 'shake' up your perception of coffee and tea.
This workshop includes a three course tasting of alcoholic beverages including a unique twist on the espresso martini, a cold brew tonic and a gin and tea cocktail.
All guests will receive a recipe card to recreate these drinks at home.
With a focus on flavour and quality ingredients we demonstrate to guests how to think beyond the cocktail shaker using coffee, tea and seasonal produce.
Is available for a small price of $15.
Proceeds from transport ticket sales will go directly to The Curated Plate’s charity partner, Rural Aid, to assist with drought-relief projects across Australia.
